No changes in the scope of services, fees or schedule of performance shall be effective unless approved in writing by Alorica and Vendor in advance. 3.3 All illustrations, samples, drawings, descriptive matter, specifications, performance figures, technical data, price lists, catalogues, brochures and advertising furnished by the Company in respect of the Goods, and whether in writing of not, are furnished on the basis that they will not form part of the Agreement or be relied upon by the Buyer for any purpose.

Renold reserves the right to make such reasonable modifications in specifications, descriptions, designs, materials or finishes as it deems necessary or desirable.
