Common use of Goods and Services Clause in Contracts

Goods and Services. Vendor shall supply the goods and/or services described on the order in the quantities, at the prices, and on the delivery or performance dates specified in the Order and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The quantity and quality of goods and services shall conform in all respects to the requirements of the order. Vendor shall perform all services using personnel with the required skill, experience, and qualifications and in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with generally recognized industry standards for similar services and shall devote adequate resources to meet its obligations under this Agreement.
