Common use of Google’s Transfer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Google’s Transfer Obligations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Personal Data involves transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, and European Data Protection Law applies to the transfers of such data (“Transferred Personal Data”) under any Agreement, Google will, in relation to Transferred Personal Data under all Agreements:

Google’s Transfer Obligations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Personal Data involves transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EEA, Switzerland or and the UK, and European Data Protection Law Legislation applies to the transfers of such data (“Transferred Personal Data”) under any Agreement), Google will, in relation to Transferred Personal Data under all Agreements:

Google’s Transfer Obligations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Personal Data involves transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EEA, Switzerland or the UK, UK and European Data Protection Law applies to the transfers of such data (“Transferred Personal Data”) under any Agreement), Google will: ● ensure that Google LLC enters into Model Contract Clauses with Customer as the exporter of such data if requested to do so by Customer, and ensure that the transfers are made in relation accordance with such Model Contract Clauses; and/or ● offer an Alternative Transfer Solution in respect of such data, ensure that the transfers are made in accordance with such Alternative Transfer Solution, and make information available to Transferred Personal Data under all Agreements:Customer about such Alternative Transfer Solution.

Google’s Transfer Obligations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Personal Data (as set out in Section 10.1 (Data Storage and Processing Facilities)) involves transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EEA, Switzerland or and the UK, and European Data Protection Law Legislation applies to the transfers of such data (“Transferred Personal Data”) under any Agreement), Google will, will transfer such data in relation accordance with it’s commitment to Transferred Personal Data under all Agreements:the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework.

Google’s Transfer Obligations. If the storage and/or processing of Customer Personal Data involves transfers of Customer Personal Data out of the EEA, Switzerland or and the UK, and European Data Protection Law Legislation applies to the transfers of such data (“Transferred data, Google will ensure that: ● the parent company of the Google group, Google LLC, remains self-certified under Privacy Shield on behalf of itself and its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiaries; and ● the scope of Google LLC's Privacy Shield certification includes Customer Personal Data”) under any Agreement, Google will, in relation to Transferred Personal Data under all Agreements:.
