GOVERNANCE OF THE MUILTI-ACADEMY TRUST COMPANY. 1.1 This Scheme of Delegation has been adopted by the Directors from the Effective Date in accordance with the provisions of the Multi-Academy Trust Company’s Articles and it should be read in conjunction with the Articles of Association. References in this Scheme of Delegation to numbered Articles are to the relevant clause of the Multi-Academy Trust Company’s Articles of Association.
