Governing Board Meetings. ‌ The School’s Governing Board is a public body accountable to the authorizer, to the federal and state government, and to the community their School serves. Pursuant to HRS §302D-12, the Governing Board shall hold meetings open to the public. To enable public attendance and participation in person or through remote technology, Governing Board meetings must be held in a way sufficient to accommodate public participation.
