Common use of Governing Law/Forum/Jury Waiver Clause in Contracts

Governing Law/Forum/Jury Waiver. The Parties agree and acknowledge that this Agreement and Exhibit B shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
