Tolling of Restricted Period. The Restricted Period shall be extended for an amount of time equal to the time period during which a court of competent jurisdiction determines that the Executive was in violation of any provision of Section 9(e) or (f) and shall continue (but shall not be extended (other than pursuant to this Section 9(h)) through any action, suit or proceedings arising out of or relating to Section 9(e) or (f)).
