Common use of Governing Law, Venue and Attorney Fees Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Venue and Attorney Fees. The Parties agree that the laws of the State of Washington shall govern this Contract. Venue of any action filed to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Contract shall be exclusively in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington or the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Chelan County, and the Parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court. In the event of litigation to enforce the provisions of this Contract, the prevailing Party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees in addition to any other relief allowed. Each Party waives its respective right to any jury trial with respect to any litigation arising under or in connection with this Contract.
