YOUR Restrictions and Covenants. YOU represent, warrant, and agree: (a) not to modify or create any derivative work of any Product or any portion thereof without rf IDEAS’ prior written consent; (b) not to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code (or the underlying ideas, algorithms, structure or organization) from any software provided to YOU by rf IDEAS or any firmware provided with rf IDEAS hardware; (c) to take such security measures to protect rf IDEAS’ rights with respect to the products, firmware, and rf IDEAS trademarks as YOU use to protect YOUR own software, trademark, or other rights, which measures shall at least be reasonable under the circumstances; (d) to comply with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; and (e) to comply with all applicable export laws, restrictions, and regulations of any United States or foreign agency or authority and not to export or re- export, or allow the export or re-export of any product, technology, or information it obtains from rf IDEAS pursuant to this Sales Policy in violation of such laws, restrictions, or regulations.
