Governing Laws and Regulations. The construction and effect of this Master Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Oklahoma and venue for any claims or administrative or judicial action relating to such construction and effect including, but not limited to, the procurement process, evaluation and award shall be in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. The provisions governing choice of law and venue for issues arising after award and during contract performance are specified in section 35 of the NASPO ValuePoint Terms and Conditions of this Exhibit.
