Government Approvals and Permits. 3.6.1 The Design-Builder, with the cooperation of the Owner, will file all documents required to obtain necessary permits and approvals of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. 3.6.2 The Design-Builder will obtain and pay for all license and permits, all fees and charges for connection to outside services and parking for Contractor's vehicles; abide by FAA, TSA, and Owner’s safety and security regulations and procedures relative to access to, and work in, Airport Operations Areas and secured facilities; and comply with the requirements of Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
