GOVERNMENT EMPLOYMENT STATUS. If payment under the Agreement will be charged against federal funds, Contractor represents and warrants that it is not currently employed by the Federal Government. This does not preclude Contractor from holding another contract with the Federal Government. Contractor further represents and warrants that Contractor is not an employee of the State of Oregon for purposes of performing Work.
