Common use of Government Immunity Clause in Contracts

Government Immunity. The City does not waive or intend to waive, by any provisions of this Agreement, the monetary limitations or any other rights, immunities and protections provided by the Colorado Governmental Immunity Act § 00-00-000 to 120, C.R.S., or otherwise available under applicable law.
