Government or Other Public Authority Requests. Airship will comply fully with the requirements of Clause 14 and Clause 15 of the Standard Contractual Clauses. If any government agency or body sends Airship a demand for Customer Data (for example, through a subpoena or court order), Airship will attempt to redirect the government agency or body to request that data directly from Customer. With regard to government body or agency legally enforceable demands for Customer Data, Airship will comply fully with Airship’s Policy on Response to Public Authority Requests for Personal Data available here and the applicable requirements of Data Protection laws, including for EU Data Protection Laws with Clause 14 and Clause 15 of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
