Government Resources; Budget. (a) Consistent with Section 609(b)(2) of the MCA Act, the Government will make a contribution towards meeting the Project Objectives of this Compact. In addition, the Government will provide all funds and other resources, and will take all other actions, that are necessary to carry out the Government’s responsibilities under this Compact.
