Common use of Governmental Inspection Clause in Contracts

Governmental Inspection. If any Governmental Authority conducts or gives notice to either Party of its intent to conduct an inspection or audit of such Party or its facilities that relates to such Party’s performance hereunder, or that could affect such Party’s ability to perform hereunder and in accordance herewith, such Party shall promptly notify the other Party and shall provide updates from time-to-time, including upon such other Party’s reasonable request, regarding the results of such audit or inspection, including any corrective steps to be taken.
