GPS Starter Interrupt Device. Dealer acknowledges that ABT Keystone, from time to time, may deliver one or more GPS units or other similar devices (the "Device") to the Dealer, at no cost, to be installed in ABT Keystone financed vehicles. Dealer agrees that Devices shall remain the property of ABT Keystone until Dealer properly installs the Device in a ABT Keystone financed vehicle. If Device(s) is not installed within 30 days of receipt of the Device or at the request of ABT Keystone, the Dealer agrees to either (i) return all Devices to ABT Keystone in the original condition and packaging, or (ii) pay ABT Keystone $200 per Device.
