Common use of Grade Requirements Clause in Contracts

Grade Requirements. An employee must attain a “B” grade, or equivalent thereof, in order to receive full reimbursement for approved course work. An employee who receives a “C” grade or equivalent will receive one-half (1/2) reimbursement, up to the maximum provided for the approved course work. Proof of successful completion must be provided prior to any reimbursement.
