Grades of “C” or Better; Pass. The employee or dependent must maintain satisfactory academic progress in order to maintain eligibility. If a course is not completed, or the employee and/or dependent receives a grade below a “C”, or in a Pass/Fail course the course is failed, the cost of tuition for the course(s) must be repaid by the employee to the university at the per credit rate.
