GRADUATE OUTCOMES SURVEY PARTICIPATION. 2.1 The Provider agrees to take part in the Graduate Outcomes Survey, to pay the element of the Subscription Fees related to the Graduate Outcomes Survey and to comply with its obligations set out in this Agreement in relation to the Graduate Outcomes Survey. The element of the Subscription Fees related to the Graduate Outcomes Survey shall be invoiced and payable in accordance with clauses 2.4 to 2.6 unless expressly stated otherwise in the HESA Operational Documentation.

  • Program Participation By participating in the CRF Program, Grantee agrees to:

  • COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM PARTICIPATION Arkansas' Purchasing Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain nonprofit corporations, etc.) may participate in state purchasing contracts. The contractor therefore agrees to sell to Cooperative Purchasing Program participants at the option of the program participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the contract must be equally applied to such participants.

  • Public Participation 79. This Consent Decree shall be lodged with the Court for a period of not less than 30 Days for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 C.F.R. ' 50.7.   • Minority Participation It is the policy of the State of Georgia that minority business enterprises shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the State purchasing and contracting process. Therefore, the State of Georgia encourages all minority business enterprises to compete for, win, and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, the State encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any State contract to minority business enterprises. Design Professionals who utilize qualified minority subcontractors may qualify for a Georgia state income tax deduction for qualified payments made to minority subcontractors. See O.C.G.A. §48-7-38.   • SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION AND DVBE PARTICIPATION REPORTING REQUIREMENTS a. If for this Contract Contractor made a commitment to achieve small business participation, then Contractor must within 60 days of receiving final payment under this Contract (or within such other time period as may be specified elsewhere in this Contract) report to the awarding department the actual percentage of small business participation that was achieved. (Govt. Code § 14841.)

  • NON-STATE AGENCIES PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations. See "Participation in Centralized Contracts" in Appendix B, General Specifications January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide). Upon request, all eligible non-State agencies must furnish Contractors with the proper tax exemption certificates and documentation certifying eligibility to use State contracts.   • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.

  • PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS a. Agencies All State Agencies may utilize and purchase under any Centralized Contract let by the Commissioner, unless the Bid Documents limit purchases to specific State Agencies.

  • Participation Contributor will participate in any Work Groups (defined in the Policy) identified above, and any other Work Groups that it actually participates in or notifies ODIF that it wants to participate in, according to the rules and procedures in the then-current OpenID Process Document (“Process Document”), which is fully incorporated into this Agreement by this reference, and subject to the Policy.

  • Continued Participation If Contractor elects to defend the claim, the City may retain separate counsel to participate in (but not control) the defense and to participate in (but not control) any settlement negotiations.
