Common use of Graffiti Abatement Clause in Contracts

Graffiti Abatement. In addition to Licensee’s other maintenance obligations under this Master License and any Site License, Licensee shall remove any graffiti or other similar markings from the License Area, Vertical Infrastructure or Equipment promptly upon actual notice (but in no event later than 48 hours after notice from the Chief Real Estate Officer).

In addition to Licensee’s other maintenance obligations under this Master License and any Site License, Licensee shall remove any graffiti or other similar markings from the License Area, Vertical Infrastructure or Area and/or the Equipment promptly upon actual notice deployed under this License within three (but in no event later than 48 hours after 3) days of Licensee’s receipt of written notice from the Chief Real Estate Officer)City or as may be required under the Richmond Municipal Code, whichever is greater.
