Common use of Graffiti Control Clause in Contracts

Graffiti Control. (Five (5) days per week: Monday through Friday, excluding City holidays) All graffiti shall be removed from the public right-of-way within twenty- four (24) hours of being reported. All graffiti observed on private property shall be reported for repair within twenty-four (24) hours to the Contractor, the City, Neighborhood Services, Planning and Development Business Center, or Neighborhood Code Compliance Department / Graffiti Control Program (619-525-8522).
