Grandparenting Clause. Unit members who were employed in Fall 2017 will be placed on the unit member Reemployment List if all of the following criteria are met: a. Taught at least one course (or the equivalent for non-teaching faculty) for (6) semesters during the previous six (6) years (Fall 2011-Spring 2017); b. Taught at least one course (or the equivalent for non-teaching faculty) within the past three (3) semesters; and c. The most recent evaluation received was overall “satisfactory,” “good”, or “excellent”.
