Common use of Grant Amount Clause in Contracts

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $7,521 or 22% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $7,521 5,000 or 2250% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $7,521 23,805.00 or 2220% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed twenty nine thousand six hundred and thirty two dollars ($7,521 29,632) or 22% fifty percent (50%) of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
