Common use of Grant Amount Clause in Contracts

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $5,000 or 50% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $5,000 7,521 or 5022% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

Grant Amount. The County shall provide partial funding to Applicant for the Project in the amount not to exceed $5,000 23,805.00 or 5020% of total project costs, whichever is less, (“the Grant”), subject to the conditions set forth below, and in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
