GRANT AND ACCEPTANCE OF LEASE. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, and Tenant hereby accepts and leases the Premises from Landlord to have and to hold during the Term, subject to the terms and conditions of this Lease, together with the non-exclusive right to use the Common Areas in accordance with the terms of this Lease. The Premises shall initially be comprised of the Phase I Premises. As of the Phase II Commencement Date, the Premises shall include the Phase I Premises and the Phase II Premises. As of the Phase III Commencement Date, the Premises shall include the Phase I Premises, the Phase II Premises and the Phase III Premises. Landlord represents that it is the fee owner of the Project.
GRANT AND ACCEPTANCE OF LEASE. Landlord hereby leases the Premises to Tenant, to have and to hold unto the Tenant during the term of this Lease, including all extensions thereof, subject to all terms and conditions of this Lease. Tenant hereby accepts this grant of lease and the Premises, subject to all terms and conditions of this Lease.

  • Assignment and Acceptance The parties to each assignment shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent an Assignment and Acceptance, together with a processing and recordation fee of $3,500, and the assignee, if it is not a Lender, shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an Administrative Questionnaire.

  • Assignment and Acceptance; Notes The parties to each assignment shall execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent an Assignment and Assumption, together with a processing and recordation fee of $4,500 ($7,500 for any Defaulting Lender) for each assignment (which fee the Administrative Agent may, in its sole discretion, elect to waive), and the assignee, if it is not a Lender, shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an Administrative Questionnaire. If requested by the transferor Lender or the assignee, upon the consummation of any assignment, the transferor Lender, the Administrative Agent and the Borrower shall make appropriate arrangements so that new Notes are issued to the assignee and such transferor Lender, as appropriate.

Such sale and assignment is without recourse to the Assignor and, except as expressly provided in this Assignment and Acceptance, without representation or warranty by the Assignor.
