Gross Area definition

Gross Area means the occupied or usable floor area in a building but not including space occupied by columns, walls, partitions, mechanical shafts or ducts.
Gross Area means the calculated square footage of a residential unit.
Gross Area means the total land area of a parcel or parcels including portions that cannot be developed (e.g., right-of-way, open space).

Gross Area means the total area of land within a compartment (in hectares).
