Grant Monitor. The Grant Monitor’s responsibilities include monitoring grant progress, and reviewing and approving Grant Payment Requests and other documents delivered to the California State Library pursuant to this Agreement. The Grant Monitor may monitor Grantee performance to ensure Grantee expends grant funds appropriately and in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions contained herein.
