GRANT OF PERMISSION. 2.1 Subject to the Organiser’s compliance with the terms of this Permit and the performance of its obligations hereunder, the Commission hereby grants permission to the Organiser to organise the Event on Commission Land at the Location(s) and on the Date(s) and at the Event Time(s) specified in clause 1.
