Common use of GRANT OF SPECIAL OEM SUB-LICENSE Clause in Contracts

GRANT OF SPECIAL OEM SUB-LICENSE. 2.1. Licensor hereby grants an individual systems' license to Licensee, with the right to grant sublicenses to its Affiliates, to use and/or to re-sell each MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer purchased by Licensee from Licensor under a separate "COLLABORATION AGREEMENT", dated May 24, 2000, and to grant its customers an individual systems' license to use for each MALDI-TOF mass spectrometer purchased under the "COLLABORATION AGREEMENT.
