Description of Confidential Information a. For purposes of this Agreement (“Confidential Information”) means any and all business, technical, financial know-how, trade secrets, concepts, drawings, data, forecast, intellectual property and other information that is disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally or by inspection of tangible objects (including without limitation documents or electronic devices).
