Grant of the Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Lenders grant to the Borrower on behalf of the Account Party, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a standby letter of credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Commitments.
Grant of the Facility. The Lenders, upon the terms and subject to other conditions hereof, grant to the Account Party a letter of credit facility in an aggregate amount of £320,000,000.
Grant of the Facility. The Bankx xxxxx xx the Borrower, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a sterling multiple draw loan facility in an aggregate amount of L1,300,000,000, as the same may be reduced in accordance with the terms hereof.
Grant of the Facility. The Lenders, upon the terms and subject to other conditions hereof, grant to the Account Party a letter of credit facility in an aggregate amount of (pound)450,000,000. PURPOSE AND APPLICATION
Grant of the Facility. The Xxxxx xxxxx to the Borrower, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a term loan facility in an aggregate amount of NLG300,000,000.
Grant of the Facility. The Bank grants to the Borrower, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount of up to USD 24,674,697.17.
Grant of the Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Banks make available to the Borrower an Australian dollar term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Commitments.
Grant of the Facility. The Banks, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement prior to the Amendment Date and pursuant to the terms of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement, have granted to the Borrower, upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereof, a floating rate sterling facility in the aggregate principal amount of (pound)282,588,000, divided into two sub-facilities on and from the Amendment Date as follows:
(i) TRANCHE A Tranche A comprising (pound)235,128,693.62 in aggregate:
(a) which has been drawn down in part by the Borrower by way of cash advances prior to or on the Amendment Date in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement; and
(b) the balance of which constitutes the Tranche A Balance and which shall be available to the Borrower in accordance with Clause 4 of this Agreement.
(ii) TRANCHE B Tranche B comprising (pound)47,459,306.38 in aggregate which has been drawn down by the Borrower by way of the issue of Letters of Credit by the Issuing Bank on behalf of the Banks to EIB in relation to the EIB Facility in accordance with the terms of this Agreement prior to the Amendment Date and in accordance with the terms of the Amendment and Restatement Agreement.
Grant of the Facility. Subject to the fulfilment of the conditions precedent set out in clause 3 below, each of the Lenders, relying upon each of the representations and warranties in clause 13 below, granted to the Borrower, on Financial Close, for application only in accordance with clause 2.2 below and otherwise subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Loan (in its amount, and as defined, as at Financial Close), the balance (principal) of the Loans being, as at the Amendment Closing Date, €194,000,000 (one hundred and ninety-four million Euro).
Grant of the Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Issuing Bank makes available to the Borrowers a US Dollar letter of credit facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Commitment.
