Grant Recipient. 3.1 It is agreed that Neath Port Talbot will act as the grant recipient for the Grant Funding issued by the Welsh Government to the Swansea Bay Area Planning Board (the APB). 3.2 The Responsible Authorities agree that Neath Port Talbot shall accept the offer of Grant Funding set out in the Award Letter, on behalf of the Responsible Authorities. 3.3 The Responsible Authorities undertake to and covenant with each other that they will adhere to the terms of this Agreement and will observe, perform and comply in all respect with the Conditions and will not act in a manner which places Neath Port Talbot in breach of its obligations under the Conditions.
