SECTION I - DEFINITIONS As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed herein unless otherwise stated or reasonably required by the Agreement, and other forms of any defined words shall have a meaning parallel thereto.

Effective Date and Term of Agreement This Agreement is effective and binding on the Company and Employee as of the date hereof; provided, however, that, subject to Section 2(d), the provisions of Sections 3 and 4 shall become operative only upon the Change in Control Date.

DEFINITIONS & GRADUATE NURSES 2.01 A registered nurse is a nurse who holds a Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in accordance with the Regulated Health Professions Act, and the Nursing Act.
PLEASE READ THIS NEXT SECTION CAREFULLY Although there will be circumstances when it is appropriate to seek parental consent, children’s data protection and privacy rights are their own. DURATION, AMENDING, TERMINATING, AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS 3.1 This Agreement shall take effect on 07/01/2021 and shall remain in effect until 06/30/2022.
