Common use of Grant Termination Section 164 Clause in Contracts

Grant Termination Section 164. 314(a)(2)(i)(D) and164.504(e)(2)(ii)(I): Xxxxxxx agrees that within sixty (60) days of the termination of this Grant, it will return or destroy, at DCF’s direction, any and all PHI it maintains in any form and will retain no copies of the PHI. If the return or destruction of the PHI is not feasible, the protections of this section of the Grant shall be extended to the information, and further use and disclosure of PHI is limited to those purposes that make the return or destruction of PHI infeasible. Any use or disclosure of PHI except for the limited purpose is prohibited.
