Common use of Grantee Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Grantee Policies and Procedures. 4.3.1 Grantee shall maintain written policies and procedures aligned with best practices and approved by its governing body and shall make copies of all policies and procedures available to the City upon request. At a minimum, written policies shall exist in the following areas: Financial Management; Subcontracting and/or Procurement; Equal Employment Opportunity; Personnel and Personnel Grievance; Nepotism; Non-Discrimination of Clients; Client Grievance; Drug Free Workplace; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Conflict of Interest; Whistleblower; and Criminal Background Checks. 4.3.2 Grantee shall provide the City with copies of revised Articles of Incorporation and Doing Business As (DBA) certificates (if applicable) within 14 calendar days of receipt of the notice of filing by the Secretary of State’s office. Grantee shall provide the City with copies of revised By-Laws within 14 calendar days of their approval by the Grantee’s governing body.
