Common use of GRANTEE’s Compliance with Grant Clause in Contracts

GRANTEE’s Compliance with Grant. Application Kit. GRANTEE shall comply with the terms and conditions as set forth and required in the OVAG/VCLG FY 2020–2021 Grant Application Kit (“Application Kit”) which is in the possession of, acknowledged, and known by both Parties and which is hereby incorporated by reference, and as it may be supplemented, amended or adjusted by the OAG.
