XXXXXXX’s application (“Grant Application”) submitted in response to the Application Kit, including the narrative contained therein as submitted by XXXXXXX and as further modified by the OAG, which is in the possession of, acknowledged, and known by both Parties and is hereby incorporated by reference into this contract. XXXXXXX hereby certifies that the information provided in XXXXXXX’s application, including the statements made in the narrative, is true and correct and agrees to be bound by the representations and commitments contained therein.
