GRANTING CLAUSE. In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, and conditions hereof, Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Premises, to have and to hold for the Lease Term, subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

GRANTING CLAUSE. In consideration of the obligation of Tenant to pay rent as herein provided and in consideration of the other terms, covenants, and conditions hereof, Landlord leases to Tenant, and Tenant leases from Landlord, the Premises, to have and to hold for the Lease Term, subject to the terms, terms covenants and conditions of this Lease.

The “Premises” shall include the separate legal parcel of land upon which each Building is situated together with the Buildings and other improvements located thereon, and a right of access thereto from adjacent public streets.
