Gray. Xxxxxxx shall conduct a limited field walkthrough, including acquiring a limited photographic inventory of site conditions. The walkthrough will be conducted by two Xxxx & Xxxxxxx staff members. It will be conducted one time and be in sufficient detail to: (1) aid in the preparation of bid ready set of construction documents (PS&E products), and (2) aid in the development of bid quantities.
Gray. Gray black smoke is indicative of a primary fire. The first priority remains evacuation of the immediate area. Staff members may attempt to extinguish the fire only if there is no severe danger of smoke inhalation.
