Sufficient detail definition

Sufficient detail for purposes of this Section shall mean: Identification of all attorneys and paralegals employed by, or contracting with, the Nevada Attorney General by name, total number of hours worked for which the Nevada Attorney General shall seek reimbursement for their work in whole or in part, a summary description of their work, and the hourly rate applied to each individual’s work.
Sufficient detail means a written inquiry or request that identifies: The issue; the name(s) in which the securities are registered; the number of shares (or principal amount of debt securities or number of units for any other kind of security) involved; the approximate record date(s) or payment date(s) relating to the claim; and, with respect to registered broker-dealers, registered clearing agencies, or banks, certificate numbers.
Sufficient detail means that such records shall at a minimum contain the number of units of Product sold (whether by WMS, its Affiliates or any sub-licensee), and the resulting Sales. WMS shall maintain such records for two (2) years following the sales of any Product or the termination of the License.

  • Agreement Details means the schedule attached to the front of these Terms setting out the variable information related to this agreement such as Your details and other information related to the Room Building means the accommodation building identified in the Agreement Details in which the Room is located.
