Common use of Green Attributes Clause in Contracts

Green Attributes. Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer as part of the Product being delivered. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Green Attributes from the Project, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the Project.

Green Attributes. Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer Related Products as part of the Product being delivereddelivered during the Term. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Green Attributes from associated with the ProjectRelated Products, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the Project.

Green Attributes. Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer as part of the Product being delivered. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights rights, title, and interests to all Green Attributes from the Project, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer Anaheim as included in the delivery of the Product from the Project at the Bus Bar of the Project. For the avoidance of doubt, Green Attributes are measured by WREGIS in accordance with its rules.

The Green Attributes are delivered and conveyed upon completion of all actions described in Section 3.3(b) below.

Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to Xxxxx’s Share of all Green Attributes from the ProjectFacility, and Seller Xxxxxx agrees to convey and hereby conveys Buyer’s Share of all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the ProjectFacility.

Green Attributes. Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer as part of the Power Product being delivered. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Green Attributes from the Project, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Power Product from the Project.

Green Attributes. Seller hereby provides and conveys all Green Attributes associated with all electricity generation from the Project to Buyer Metered Energy as part of the Product being delivered. Seller represents and warrants that Seller holds the rights to all Green Attributes from the ProjectFacility, and Seller agrees to convey and hereby conveys all such Green Attributes to Buyer as included in the delivery of the Product from the ProjectFacility.
