GREEN DEAL. 3.4.1 To pay all Green Deal finance payments where applicable, with the energy service provider during and at the end of the Tenancy. The Tenant acknowledges that certain terms of the Green Deal plan that have been disclosed to the Tenant prior to the start of the Tenancy are binding on the Tenant for the Term of the Tenancy. 3.4.2 Not to sign any Green Deal plan or enter into any finance for the installation of energy saving measures at the Property during the Tenancy without the prior written consent of the Landlord or the Landlord’s Agent.
