Transferring the Contract. This Contract is not transferable from me to another person. I will not sublet or transfer possession of my room without the written consent of the University. I am the only person that may occupy my room or use the selected meal plan in accordance with this Contract.
Transferring the Contract. We might transfer this contract to another company. If we do, it won't affect your rights to end the contract. We'll share your personal data with the company, so they can carry on supplying your energy. You can't transfer this contract to anyone else without our permission.

We also need your prior written consent to any transfer, except that we may transfer the contract to a third party as part of any transfer of a substantial number of our customers to that third party. In that case we can do anything necessary to effect the transfer.
