Common use of Green Waste Clause in Contracts

Green Waste. “Green Waste” means Solid Waste consisting of any vegetative waste 321 generated from the maintenance or alteration of residential, commercial, or industrial premises including, 322 but not limited to, grass clippings, leaves, tree trimmings, prunings, brush, weeds, flowers, herbs, and 323 Holiday Trees.

Green Waste. “‘Green Waste” ’ means Solid Waste consisting non-contaminated material composed of any vegetative organic matter or plant matter which is the result of seasonal variations or landscape and gardening activities. Green waste 321 generated from the maintenance or alteration of residentialincludes, commercial, or industrial premises including, 322 but not limited towithout limitation, grass clippings, shrubbery, leaves, tree trimmings, prunings, brush, weedsbranches, flowers, herbsplant stalks, wood and 323 Holiday Treesother plant material. Green Waste does not include stumps or branches exceeding six inches (6") in diameter or four feet (4') in length.

Green Waste. “Green Waste” " means Solid Waste consisting any and all forms of any vegetative waste 321 biodegradable plant material which can be placed in a covered Container, such as wastes generated from the maintenance or alteration of residentialpublic, commercial, commercial or industrial premises residential landscapes including, 322 but not limited to, grass yard clippings, leaves, tree trimmings, prunings, brush, weedsand weeds as well as green waste. Tree stumps and limbs greater than three (3) inches in diameter are excluded unless they are reduced to a chipped form; otherwise, flowers, herbs, and 323 Holiday Treessuch large portions of Green Waste shall be considered Bulky Waste.

Green Waste. “Green Waste” means Waste shall be defined as Solid Waste consisting of any vegetative waste 321 generated resulting from the maintenance or alteration removal of residential, commercial, or industrial premises vegetation including, 322 but not limited to: brush, grass clippings, branches, leaves, tree trimmings, prunings, brushflowers, weeds, flowers, herbsshrubs, and 323 Holiday Treessmall trees.

Green Waste includes sod, commercialplant debris such as palm, or industrial premises including, 322 but not limited toyucca and cactus, grass clippings, leaves, tree trimmingsprunings, pruningsweeds, branches, brush, weeds, flowers, herbsChristmas trees, and 323 Holiday Treesother forms of horticultural waste generated at the Residential or Commercial Premise from which the Green Waste is collected. Green Waste does not include items defined as Exempt Waste.

Green Waste. “Green Waste” Waste means Solid Waste consisting of any vegetative waste 321 generated from the maintenance or alteration of residential, commercial, or industrial premises including, 322 but not limited toall tree and plant trimmings, grass clippingscuttings, dead plants, weeds, leaves, tree trimmings, prunings, brush, weeds, flowers, herbsbranches, and 323 Holiday Treessimilar materials that fit into a Green Waste Cart, but not including Excluded Waste or items with a diameter greater than 10 inches.
