– GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION AWARDS. Where a grievance involving a payment of money by the City is allowed, the employee shall receive payment from the date the grievance was instituted in writing and from such earlier date as the General Manager or the Board of Arbitration may determine. Such payment shall be made within twenty (20) working days of the acceptance of the settlement of the grievance by the employee or the Union or the receipt of the Arbitration Award.
