GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE QUALIFYING PERIOD. 13:01 If during the term of this Agreement, there should arise any difference between the Parties bound by this Agreement concerning its interpretation, application, operation, or any alleged violation, an endeavour shall be made to settle the difference by negotiations between representatives of the Company and the Union. The Company and the Union agree that any grievance between the parties shall be settled as quickly as possible, in an orderly manner, without stoppage of work and in accordance with the grievance procedure set out in this Article.
