INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. A Committee consisting of three (3) members of the British Columbia Maritime Employers Association and three (3) members of the UNION shall be established for the purpose of improving relations between the Parties. The responsibility of the Committee is to deal with all matters as may be referred to it by the Parties.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. This is a committee of four, comprised of two O.R.A.C. appointees and two Local 787 appointees. Their purpose is to provide and industry perspective to a grievance with the intent of reasonable settlement without going to the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. 42.01 The parties hereby agree to establish a Senior Committee to be composed of representatives of EPSCA including the owners and up to an equal number of representatives chosen by the Union which will, upon the request of either party, meet as required to deal with issues raised by either party, including new work related to large projects, refurbishment and new build.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. Before the appointment of a Troubleshooter or an Arbitration Board, either party may refer a question regarding an interpretation or application of a specific Section or Sections of this Agreement to an Industry Committee as provided in Article 14.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. 14:01 The Interior Ready Mix Labour Association and the Union agree to co-operate in the establishment of an Industry Committee which shall meet at the call of either Party to deal with any matter regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement as may be raised by either the Interior Ready Mix Labour Association or the Union, or is referred under Article 13 of this Agreement.
14:02 The Industry Committee shall consist of four (4) members, two (2) members who will be appointed by each of the Interior Ready Mix Labour Association and the Union.
14:03 Submissions to the Industry Committee shall be in writing and shall clearly state the Section of the Collective Agreement to be interpreted together with a brief statement of the pertinent facts.
14:04 The Industry Committee shall meet within seven (7) days of the referral of a question of interpretation of the Agreement from one of the Parties to this Agreement, however, this time limitation may be extended by mutual agreement.
14:05 If the Industry Committee is able to arrive at a unanimous interpretation of this Agreement, such decision shall be binding upon the Parties bound by the terms of the Interior (B.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. Employers, employees and unions covered by this Agreement acknowledge the scale and scope of the changes and challenges facing the employers, employees and the unions. The increase in cross stream work, individual work in the community and the expansion of the hours of operation will provide both challenges to existing employees and also opportunities for increased working hours and pay. The employers party to this Agreement are committed to support and retain existing employees during the change process. Consultation is a vital part of this process. It is acknowledged that many of the implementation issues will be common across the sector and it is agreed that an Industry Consultative Committee (ICC) will be established to facilitate the implementation process and ongoing consultation at the sector level.
(a) The membership of the Industry Consultative Committee (ICC) will be up to 16 persons half of whom will represent the employers covered by this Agreement and the other half will represent the Unions. The committee may co-opt observers by agreement.
(b) To avoid doubt, the representatives of the Unions may also be employees of the employers covered by this Agreement.
(c) The ICC will meet as required but this will be at least quarterly in the first year. Meetings will be scheduled within one month if requested by 40% or more of the members of the ICC. Employee representatives will not suffer loss of pay due to participation in the ICC and will be granted time off to attend meetings.
(d) The ICC will discuss:
(i) the implementation of this Agreement not including individual matters unless they affect broader interests;
(ii) the occupational health and safety implications of the changes;
(iii) the adequacy of staffing and funding;
(iv) the development of training and career opportunities;
(v) work across multiple practice areas;
(vi) developing a joint approach to industry matters;
(vii) consider external developments;
(viii) industry policy; and
(ix) constructive industrial relationships.
INDUSTRY COMMITTEE. The parties hereto agree that it is in the mutual interest of those engaged in the plumbing industry to have a formal mechanism to deal with issues which concern the industry and which affect the interests of the Employers and Union and employees represented by the Union who are parties to, bound by or covered by this Agreement. Therefore, the parties hereto agree to establish an All Industry Committee to meet, discuss and deal with such issues. Said Committee shall be composed of the President of the PCA; two (2) members appointed by the President of the PCA who shall be Employers and who shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Plumbing Council of Greater Chicago; the Union's Business Manager; and three

The parties hereto agree that it is in the mutual interest of those engaged in the plumbing industry to have a formal mechanism to deal with issues which concern the industry and which affect the interests of the Employers and Union and employees represented by the Union who are parties to, bound by or covered by this Agreement. Therefore, the parties hereto agree to establish an All Industry Committee to meet, discuss and deal with such issues. Said Committee shall be composed of the President of the WSA; three (3) members appointed by the President of the WSA who shall be Employers; the Union’s Business Manager; and three (3) members appointed by the Business Manager from among the officers of the Union. Co-Chairmen shall be elected (one Labor and one Management) from the designated members of the Committee. The Committee shall meet from time to time as determined by the Co-Chairmen. All meeting expenses and costs shall be shared equally by the West Suburban Association of Plumbing Contractors and the Union. The expenses and costs incurred by either the West Suburban Association of Plumbing Contractors or the Union in connection with any action or undertaking by those respective parties related to or arising out of any matter considered by the Committee shall be borne by the party taking such action.

Said Committee shall be composed of the Presidents of the Plumbing Contractors Association of Chicago and Xxxx County and PAMCANI Alliance; two (2) members appointed by the Presidents of the Plumbing Contractors Association of Chicago and Xxxx County and the PAMCANI Alliance who shall be Employers and who shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Plumbing Council of Chicagoland and the PAMCANI Industry Fund; the Union's Business Manager; and three (3) members appointed by the Business Manager from among the officers of the Union. Co-Chairmen shall be elected (one Labor and one Management) from the designated members of the Committee. The Committee shall meet from time to time as determined by the Co- Chairmen. All meeting expenses and costs shall be shared equally by the Plumbing Contractors Association of Chicago and Xxxx County, and the PAMCANI Alliance and the Union. If a unanimous decision is not reached, either Party may refer the question to arbitration as hereinbefore provided.
14:06 The Parties to this Agreement to be bound by any rules of procedure which the Industry Committee by unanimous vote establish.
