Common use of GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE - SPECIFIC Clause in Contracts

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE - SPECIFIC. (a) Step I ‐Within ten calendar days of a response from the Superintendent or his/her designate, the employee may submit a grievance as prescribed in 6:02 to the Superintendent of Human Resources or designate. ‐The Superintendent of Human Resources shall, within ten calendar days of receipt of the properly submitted grievance, call a meeting of the grievor and/or his/her representative to meet with the Superintendent of Human Resources and the appropriate Supervisory Officer or designates. ‐Failing mutually acceptable resolution of the grievance at this meeting or any mutually agreeable succeeding meetings, the Superintendent or designate shall give a written response to the grievance allegations within ten calendar days of the last such meeting held to resolve the grievance at this step.

(a) Step I ‐Within -within ten calendar days of a response from the Superintendent or his/her designate, at the dispute resolution procedure 6:01 (c) herein the employee may submit a grievance as prescribed in 6:02 to the Superintendent Director of Human Resources Education or his designate. ‐The Superintendent -the Director of Human Resources Education shall, within ten calendar days of receipt of the properly submitted grievance, call a meeting of the grievor and/or his/her representative to meet with the Superintendent Director and the Manager of Human Resources and the appropriate Supervisory Officer officer or designates. ‐Failing - failing mutually acceptable resolution of the grievance at this meeting or any mutually agreeable succeeding meetings, the Superintendent Director, or designate his designate, shall give a written response to the grievance allegations within ten calendar days of the last such meeting held to resolve the grievance at this step.
