[Grounds for Invalidation. The grounds on the basis of which a Contracting Party may pronounce invalidation, in part or in whole, in its territory shall include: OPTION A in particular, those based on a prior right, as referred to in Article 130. OPTION B a prior right, as referred to in Article 13, when the protection granted to the registered appellation of origin or geographical indication has been successfully challenged and the court decision is final; or when compliance with the definition of an appellation of origin or geographical indication in the Contracting Party of Origin is not ensured anymore.
[Grounds for Invalidation. The grounds on the basis of which a Contracting Party may pronounce invalidation shall include, in particular, those based on a prior right, as referred to in Article 13.
