Grounds in Writing. Specific grounds forming the basis for disciplinary actions shall be made available to the employee in writing at the time of that disciplinary action. Disciplinary action means any step of progressive discipline as laid out in subsection 6, below.

Grounds in Writing. Specific grounds forming the basis for disciplinary actions shall be made available to the employee in writing at the time of that disciplinary action. For the purposes of this Section only, the term “disciplinary action” shall mean any action taken against an employee by the District or its agents that results in a written record of the action being placed in the employee's file.
